Employee Interviewing

Employee Interviewing

When defining the new business process to an organization, we may decide to outsource certain parts of the business – such as HR, finance, and maintenance. We may also need to hire freelancers for minor jobs such as writing, data entry, press releases, etc. The type of outsourcing will depend on the nature of the business. Furthermore, we may need to hire new employees to cater to the new jobs that were designed as part of the re-engineering process.

Interviews will be conducted to recruit freelancers or service companies to outsource part of the services as planned. In-house recruitment could also take place. Qualifications and experience requirements will be developed and published in job portals/professional networks in order to find the right employees.

By the time we get to this stage we already have clear job definitions with salary scales, training requirements, and the career path already chosen. We also need to set legal boundaries, especially when outsourcing the internal services, as there is the possibility of intellectual property violations and security breaches on sensitive data. These parameters need to be considered during the vacancy publishing and interviewing process. Conducting interviews can be done by the business itself, or Sidago can take over the interviewing process. We will short list a few candidates according to the requirements and the qualifications.
